HEEL GUARD?

I have been looking for a set of heel guards since I bought my blaster last weekend, but mabye I don't need heel guards. What are the pieces of plastic called, that connects the main rear fender plastic to the metal foot peg area? I thought that piece of plastic was the heel guard. If it's named something else, I'd appreciate if you could let me know. Iv'e been looking on ebay and I'm beginning to think that the heel guard is similar to a nerf bar and is located directly underneath the foot peg. If anyone has a set of the plastic pieces and hardware I'd really like to take them off you hand. The shipping address would be 49002.

On bikebandit.com they`re called fender flaps and are on 1990-2006 Blasters.
