Headlight help!! Change Bulb

I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the bulb out of the back or the lens off to get to the bulb. I have looked online and can't find anything. I feel stupid asking this question for help. I get the housing out and I can't pull the bulb housing out of the back and I see tabs for the lens but they don't look like they are meant to be removed. Please help. My blaster is an 02.

My question is… does the bulb housing come out of the back or how do I access the bulb itself??

IIRC you have to push the bulb towards the lense and twist counterclockwise
