I got my BRC(Basic riders course) scheduled. Really excited to take it and get it done and over with so I can get on the road and SAVE money on gas. I am buying a 2005 crf250x completely street legal for $2100, which is a good price. Does anyone on here have a motorcycle endorsement?

I'm 16 though so I really couldn't get it before lol......But I can't wait to get on the roads.

Yea,bikes are great. I've been riding for about 15 years and love it.

Don't think you'll save any money though! It's just as expensive to ride as it is to drive. That's been my experience.

Once you really get into it you'll have a blast. I make a annual trip to Deals Gap in NC/TN. It's a good days ride and about 750 miles for me. Here is a pic of our last trip taken by Killboy. I'm 4th from the right

I drive a truck so I'm going to save some money i get 15 miles to the gallon if I'm lucky so the bike will save me some, and I'll have the best time ever on it. Damn that the kinda bike my dad wants.
