So while paint was drying i decided to start cleaning up the cases and found this,is this something that will be fine or can be smoothed out? Or am i going to need a new case half?

Mine looks the same I'm cleaning it up with sand paper starting with 220 then 400 then 800 then 1000 then 1500. I doing it just in case and I figure while I'm in there it would probily be a good idea.

Got the wire harness and steering stem on today(my women gets the wife of the year award for letting me work on it in the living room lol)

Pretty much done with all painting besides carrier housing and rear hubs,starting to piece her back to a roller,dropped a damn a-arm bushing under my porch so gotta find that later and get the other upper a-arm and shock mounted tonight

Also do still have to sand and paint the rims,but im just gonna wait till dead last to do that,had enough sanding and painting for abit lol

Gotta finish installing wheel bearings in a few and hubs will be done

Got the front wheel bearings done and hubs put on
Rear hubs are junk,and pivotworks sent me a damn YZ swingarm kit...so gotta resolve that

220 will be smooth enough, just want to knock off any tiny chunks that might come loose. Damage appears to be from either the crank spreading or piston/thrust washer/bearing fragments. Bearing bores are fine !!

Thank you! Im just waiting on my new counterbalancer bearing and ill be able to get the bottom end done,and got a handful of parts that eill be comin in next week
Was looking at getting a full Pro Circuit Platinum exhaust(header/silencer)anyone running them? They any good?

What's wrong with keeping front brakes ?

Ya i want front brake just want to eventually switch front and rear to hydraulic but thats gonna be awhile,plan on racing it this year,get a feel if i like doing it or not
