Engine issue runs but doesnt rev need help

So i just got all my parts on my quad put on.Atv started and ran before i had swingarm welded. When it was welded im hoping that everything didnt ground out.I get it to start and had to remove the magnet piece on the throttle housing and it will idle but wont go any higher. It sounds like its bogging down like the coil isnt firing onto the plug.Do you think the tors system is causing this or did the cdi get fried i have a 2005 so the cdi and tors is built together. Or is the stator system maybe i dont know what to do.It sounded fine before it got welded on.Any suggestions please before i start replacing stuff.If we can get it going ill be more than willing to give $20 donation as i have complained before about having to pay now i understand i need info.

what did you remove? parking brake sensor hooked up?

i removed the piece in the throttle housing not the parking brake

there is a parking brake sensor as well... maybe you need to remove it. ?

Unplug the parking brake sensor on the handlebars and try it again. Sounds like a parking brake issue

omg i will be donating tonight that freaking sensor is being removed 2 hours of work for a sensor whats fixes for this.
