That's not a Banshee that's a tank. It has suspension but I'm sure it has the handling dynamics of a freight train.
Like Phragle said it appears to have a VW style front beam; the torsion springs they use probably aren't ideal for most atv applications but in this case they leave a lot of room for the giant engine.
