Custom nerf

For those of you that have made custom nerf from electrical conduit what did you use. I was thinking about 1/2-3/4 rigid but its at least 20 bucks for 10', then I thought about using either 3/4 or 1" EMT, but didn't know if it would be stiff enough.

HELL NO that won't be thick enough. how bout chromoly steel or cold roll or something? cheaping your way outta something important sounds like trying to get hurt to me... ramen noodles are solid and light kinda like foam, may be cheaper to wrap that sh*t in a plastic bag and wear it instead of a helmet should save you a few bucks!
