Counter Balance Gear and Crankshaft Gear

hey guys! tore this motor apart of this blaster I bought. Does the counter balance marking line up with the crankshaft gear marking... if this makes any sense. Also would anyone know the clutch plate adjustment

yes, a dot on the balncer must align with the one on the gear.
