This may just be a plain old stupid question but if a blaster were to be bored over would that increase the PSI output during a compression test?

Boring the cylinder will lower the compression a bit. After a bore, the cylinder will have more volume.
thanks I bought a new blaster and ran the compression last night and it was at 135 PSI just seemed a little odd because the gentleman I bought it from said he didn't do any work to it just beat on it so I figured it was going to run really low

A larger bore stuffing into the same size combustion chamber will raise the compression. If you just do a size or two overbore it will be a very small increase[negligible].
