Chain roller stud broke (bottom)

I searched to no luck for this on the forum. My bottom chain roller stud is broke off. Any suggestions or fixes? I have another frame I can cut a top one off of and weld it, but thinking there has to be something easier.

Cut the top one off too
then you'll always have a spare dual bearing roller with you when out riding.....
