how you fellas doing so i got a fmf pipe straight back i bored my bike .40over and open air filter ,i recently put a keihin carb 35mm of a kdx 200 on also should i worry about my bike running to lean or should i be good ????any input would be great thanks

Also, boreing .40 over will change nothing other than a couple small cc's.

The only way you get a power gain is with a 240cc kit

if i'm not mistaken, the kdx 200's i've seen use the same PJ 34mm i use ?

either way....
a 45-50 pilot,
DGH or CEL needle on the middle clip position,
a 148-155 main
should put you within fine tuning range

check the carb section for threads on float height, pilot/airscrew adjustment, and plug chops for main jet tuning

it may very well be a 34mm the guy i bought the parts from said it was a 35 but idk to be honest, i have it on my blaster now and it idles and runs great ,im not lookin for performance with the bigger carb i just like the twist throttle and etc ...

Do not ride that bike without plug chopping it. If its running lean you will be doing a top end soon.
