i have a 2002 blaster its been running fine for about last month i add oil to it about week and half ago and haven't started it since went to ride it yeasterday and when i turn the gas on the fuel just leak out the extra hoses on that run off the carb. Wanted to know if my best bet is to just try buy new one or can that be fix? thanks everyone

That sounds like fuel is coming out your overflow or bowl vent. The most likely cause is a stuck float/needle on the fuel inlet to the carb. If you loosen the two clamps holding the carb, you should be able to rotate it enough to remove the bowl. If not you will have to remove the carb completely.
Make sure the float moves freely and hose out everything with some spray carb cleaner. You prob just have gunk in it. Worst case, you might have to dissemble the float and needle assy. This you'll want to do on a bench cause the little parts can be lost easily.
