Carb problem

First off new here great site you guys have.

The problem i am having is that the entire tors assymbley is loose on my carb. The collar on the top of the carb goes down completely tight but the whole tors will rock around on top of the carb causing an air leak. Is this common and what do you think needs to be replaced to fix it? Really don't want to have to buy a new carb.

Ok after looking on ebay i think this may fix my problem. Any ideas on this? Anybody use these?

Yes that should fix your problem as long as the top of your carb is not broken or something. I bought my eliminator kit from that same guy. He ships quickly.
