buying a cr85 need blasterforum help

okay well im buying a cr85 now it doesnt run hes says it needs new reeds,but he said he put a new ring in it 2 weeks ago,and he started it and he left it idling nd went inside to get his helment and came out to a unrunning bike,what should I look for he said he will let me fully check the bike out,what you guys think the problem is

also see how easy it kicks over! if its tight it might have seized up or had a failure

I dont have a gauge that works anymore. hes says when u kick the bike it feels normal thow

kick it.. you wil be able to feel if its got compression..... if he will let you check it over pull the carb off and check out the reeds. .. check the plug also
