Bogging down and cutting out

My 2005 yamaha blaster will drive for awhile perfect and then it will start to drive like sh*t and it will bog down and cut out , then after 2 minutes it will start up again first kick . Also I tried seeing if there was fuel getting to the engine and there wasnt any fuel coming out of the hose when I took it out from near the pet weiner . I feel like there isn't enough fuel getting to the engine . .... Could this be the TORS ? Thanks

Tors is electrical.
Sounds like plugged/dirty pet Weiner. Or vent hose for fuel cap is plugged.

Did you do those steps and do you blaster runs fine now after remove it?

I removed everything ie: Head lights, Brake light, Key, park brake, TORS.

Installed new wire harness.

I don't wanna buy new harness I just wanna remove the stupid ass tors I think that's the problem if not idk what else can be

If i cut them cables the way u saying my blaster is gonna stop boging out ?? Cuz my atv start but doesn't run
