Blaster won't start! help!!!!! tried everything i can think of

The starting AFR is the distance between the anticlockwise/clockwise positioning of the air screw, in relationship the vertical ascension/desension of the TORS adjusting screw, or the anticlockwise/clockwise positioning of the body idle adjusting screw.

Providing the pilot jet is of correct size and clear of debris, the float level is correct, there are no air leaks, the fuel enrichment circuit is fully operational, and the thumb is not on the throttle, the starting AFR should be correct and the engine should start.
