my blaster is all stock. I rebuilt my carb with a rebuild kit and replaced all the factory jets with the jets that came from the kit. Now it seems to be running rich and i keep fouling plugs. the jets i took out were the same that i put in( they had the same numbers on them) so im not understanding why its running rich. any suggestions?

i have good spark, the jets werent clogged but the looked pretty beat up so i replaced them. i didnt mess with the floats but i checked the height ne way and it was spot on.
what brand jets did you use now ????
only genuine keihin/mikuni jets are flow certified to size.
hows the float adjustment ?????
did you put the brass washer back in, under the main jet ????

i used crappy ebay jets.....that might be the problem but yea its all stock no mods factory jetting
i would have to check i dont have them on me. i think im going to buy some genuine oem jets, put them in and see what happens
found the problem. go to a local dealer/parts store and get the factory mikuni main jet and pilot jet, price should be under $10
that's a good place to start if you didn't change anything else. let us know how it goes
