I was riding my blaster today and all of the sudden it started leaking from the hose that comes off the gas cap. like pouring. What can be wrong here?

that sounds odd unless your quad was upside down, did you try taking the gas cap off and then putting it back on? and make sure it is venting properly
The heat from the motor heats up the air and gas in your tank. If you just filled it up, it may of not had the room expand pushing the fuel out of the overflow hose.

yip, if you park the bike full of fuel in the sun, it will do the same, just normal fuel expansion. ride faster and drop the fuel level to stop it!
