Blaster is sluggish

my blaster is breaking up really bad like no power at all put new coil new carb and new top and bottom end still no improvement can a bad stator make it run like that or any one have any idea

Couple red flags I see.
What carb?
What top end ?
How did you decide these parts were bad ?
Proper break-in, leak down test, re-torqe?
Is TORS and parking brake switch bypassed properly?
