I have been jetting my blaster and think i'm really close.

What i'm running at the moment:
33mm PWK keihin carb.
158 main
55 pilot

Aftermarket items:
F7 fat pipe(I think)/FMF silencer
DIY ported top end
Clamp on w/ pvc and k&n

When i do a plug chop the plug is really clean with some brown burns.
I took it down the road and has a bottom gear grunt until it reaches 3rd gear then its shoots like a rocket then. I think the main is dead on , but not sure.
I was thinking that the pilot is off. I'm not sure though. maybe even the needle jet.

sounds like a needle adjustment. also the f7 is more or a mid to topend pipe. I would raise the needle one clip and see if that helps

the key to these aftermarket keihin carbs is changing the needle, i know the 34mm's like the "cel" and "dgh" needles
and that 55 pilot sounds too big also
but is determined by what airscrew setting gets it to idle the highest
no response to airscrew turns is a sure sign the pilot is off
under 1/2 turn for high idle = larger pilot
over 2-1/2 turns out = leaner pilot

again...dgh/cel needle or....
