hey guys well i have a 2006 blaster and i put the toomey b1 racing exhaust
and im really having trouble on the carb since the gas is coming out of the exhaust i dont know if the crankcase is flooded or something or if i just need to rejet the carb.
any ideas please help thank you..:

floats maybe sticking? you do need to rejet with the toomey though most people seem to be in 290-320 range for a stock mikuni, i had it on with a 28mm keihin and my jetting was 145, hope this helps...

Yup

I agree.

Also, better rich than lean. You got the airbox lid off? It should be. With a Toomey kit you get jets and needle's setting instructions. You move the needle up one clip position, increase jet size (Like Regal said 290-320, mine was at 310) and make sure everything is clean and set right.

Check the floats!!

i also agree with quadboy u must re jet it..im good with the motors and everything BUT the wiring..lol

did you buy the kit or just the pipe, cause if you just bought the pipe you should try to find a jet kit! maybe?
