what are the best engine mods you can make for a blaster for mx racing?

Do you want power low down or up in the top end?

Have you got it wide and have you upgraded the suspension, if not engine mods will not make you lap any faster.

i'v got an f7 pipe.
and is ported.
i supose low down as the pipe is high revving.
it's widened with aftermarket suspension.

did the porting myself, learnt off a utube video so dont really know what kind.

you're well on your way to a dececnt mx quad...pipe/porting/suspension.

just remember, that pipe you have is a mid/top pipe, you'll need to keep your rpm's in that range as much as you can, especially in the corners...keep throttle on while braking and/or downshifting to keep the rpm's up in the range that pipe works best

Few ways to get more low end with F7 pipe setup is gearing and /or tire size.

A stroker crank will help too but then you must port the cylinder and head for that to get the full benifit.

the thing is, i wont be racing it as i am moving up to a 450 next year so it will all be down to my brother
