Baseline on the PWK 28

What would be the jetting on a pwk 28 with stock cylinder and head but has a dmd exhausted. At 500 feet above sea level.

lower elevations require richer jetting, as does colder temps.

then start at the bottom and work up
1. float height
2. pilot/airscrew tuning
3. needle (I hear the DMC likes a very rich needle ? )
4. plug chops for main jetting
