are these lines for hydros?

those are definitely for hydros. sorry, they will not work with drums.

Can you order extended lines for drums an I don't wanna have to buy the whole hydro setup?

I would imagine you can I have no clue because when I extend y a arms I will not be running drums in the front. if you are having someone build you arms why not set them up to run banshee balljoints which would allow you to run hydros and you could prolly get the front set up cheaper than the 03+ blaster parts

I'm guessing 200 maybe more for 03 plus blaster parts idk id say if you searched around you could get shed stuff cheaper but you will have to have arms the have shee spindles ...

Unless your A-arms are more than 2" wider on each side, you can probably run the stock cables. I am running drums too, cables are plenty long.

You could move the center connector thing down too.

No, they don't stretch. There is a couple of inches of slack in them.
I extended my steering stem 3" and still used the stock cable:
