Airbox lid

What's the scoop on the airbox lid? My blaster doesn't have one, I bought it like that. Should I be concerned about dust/dirt/mudd/water getting in there? What's the benefit of running without it?

much cheaper than the ehs and looks like it'll allow better flow, but probably not as fortified.
attaches by way of velcro.
i'm takin her out this weekend for a nice romp, i'll let you guys know how she runs.....

Oh wow. you aint kidding. Sorry about that. When I bought mine from the guy he was just getting started on making that item and I paid like $30.

But it wasnt the complete new lid either.
