A Arm ball joint Question

I wanna get my a arms powdercoated, but the guy that powdercoats asked me if the ball joints(ones on the end of the a arm(nonservicable ones)) have plastic in them anywhere. My question is do they? Has anyone taken them apart to look?

Because if they dont im getting them a bright red and my swingarm red as well as the pegs and the frame silver

Yes there is plastic in the ball joints thats what the pivot in.

damn, that sucks, guess ill sandblast them real good and use spray paint. Thanks
