I think the use of two gaskets anywhere is asking for problems. If money is tight, I'd run it like it is right now using race gas, until you can have the head work done the right way and then you will be set!

smoker isnt that a modified head you run? If the head is desined different to bring maximum squish veloxity down you can run higher compression with a given fuel. Boggers has just been milled. Stock head has a pretty wide flat squishband so its up to you bogger. Either have the head modified (best option) or raise the jug. Mho of course...

i was under the impression he had the head cut, do not double up gaskets ur asking for trouble, run the bike with race gas or wait, send the head out and have it modified, if u run it the way it is just pay attention to sounds from it, mainly detonation.
