so i found a shop that isn't a bunch of dummies when it comes to atv cylinders. but come to find out the cylinder was on it's last bore when i had it let go, so now i gotta get a new one or find someone to resleave this one, but i don't know anyone to resleave, and all the cylinders on flebay...

been lookin around to eather bore out my cylinder or if i have to replace it compleatly. almost every engine place i been to round here say they can't bore it out because yamaha Nikasil plates them. is this true?

so after hours of welding new motor mounts and days of waiting for the new stator that kept blowing up. got new stator n locktighted all the bolts on it so they can't back out again. and got it all back together and boy does she scream. and odd thing is, i don't think it vibrates as much as it...

so after breaking 3 or 4 "heavy duty" fab shop made mounts me and a friend of mine welded up some new ones. we also relized that when they first did the mounts they didn't use all the origonal mounting points and used it. so here are pix of the new mounts and they lookin like they goin to hold...

so i don't know if they really affect performance that much but it seemed that way to me on my 250, when i had the silencer attached i had to clear it out more but when it broke and was running straight off the stinger it didn't have a hickup or bog, it was nothing but power all the way through...
