i tightened it as tight as i could with a ratchet.

my blaster has a new top end i put a new woodruff key in it and it will fire up first kick then the keyway breaks. what could be the problem:(

i rebuilt the motor in my 2000 blaster and fired it up and the motor seems to bog every time i just touch the throttle what do i need to adjust for this?

i pulled the stator and the flywheel key is sheared will that make it make that noise?

i finally got the blaster to fire off. i all of the sudden started getting spark agian i dont have a clue how. but i let it idle for about 15 min. then shut it off let it cool for a while and did it agian. well now when i try to crank it it sounds like a grinding noise and a whistleing noise...

i have a 01 blaster i rebuilt the engine in it and it was not running when i got it. there is no spark what so ever i think it is the charging coil. can i buy individual coils or does the whole thing come with all the coils.

for the clip slot the bottom thin wall that is on the slot/hole is broken off on my blaster. will that matter much?

the flywheel key was sheared. but i replaced it and it still dont get fire. when it sheared it didnt mess up the rotor but could it have messed up the coils ne where?? still no spark

naw i was thinking about getting the bars..i got a set of msr yz low bend will those fit you think i dont have the quad with me so i cant try it

hell no i have to work so much i dont have time to work on it... i took it to a buddys house who dont have a job i am paying him 50 dollars to look over it for me and fix it....do the msr handlebars with the yz low bend work on a blasty

i get spark from the wire without the boot but it is real weak. all my coils tested ok.. i wonder what it could be?

you dont have to take the magneto off to test the stator coils so the repair manual says you can test the wires going to it and see if they have resistance. and all of mine test to the specs in the clymer manual. i have tested all of my switches, the ignition coil and wire and the boot, and all...

how do i check the stator coil . i cant get the magneto off. do i have to have the puller??"?

i got spark from the actual wire without the boot on there but it is a tiny spark but it is blue..i have to hold it darn close to the head for it to get spark but it gets spark every time. so do yall think i need a boot??

does the clymer manual have testing procedures for those coils?

just painted all my plastics. looks sick. i painted them charcoal metalic. i will post pics once i get this damn thing to crank...

the clymer manual has those testing procedures does it not.? because it should be here tom.
