New atv owner here. Just bought a 2000 blaster. 1. Im unable to identify this mikuni. 2. I only see 'Made in Japan' 'Mikuni' and 'WO 13' on the carb. 3. Also whats with the blue hoses that were connected to nothing??? (I removed the fuel line b4 pic) 4. Finally im not seeing the rpm idle...

Hey everyone new atv owner here. Just bought this blaster and was curious about my best options here. As you can tell middle section 'rust colored' does not fully seat on either side. There is an exhaust leak where the muffler is pipe clamped on. Needing this fixed asap.
