New atv owner here.
Just bought a 2000 blaster.

1. Im unable to identify this mikuni.

2. I only see 'Made in Japan' 'Mikuni' and 'WO 13' on the carb.

3. Also whats with the blue hoses that were connected to nothing??? (I removed the fuel line b4 pic)

4. Finally im not seeing the rpm idle adjustment screw? Shouldnt it be just to the left of the AFR screw??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Stock blaster VM 26mm carb, the idle screw was on top of the tors unit originally, accessed from above, under backside of fuel tank with seat removed
if your tors unit is missing and it has a regular carb cap, you'll need to add the idle screw to the side of the carb, ebay and Vito's performance have them, as well as full kits with cable, cap and idle screw.

Ok i will check into tors tonight.

Do i need all the blue hoses that come off the carb and just hang down by the rear arm?

I see in the other thread ......

What size main jets are you using?
Stock 230

you need at least a 270 to 310 main jet for an FMF pipe. (that's with an airbox and filter)
start large and plug chop down

what do you mean "no box" ? you need at least a filter, preferably in a box

Hose at bottom is bowl drain and overflow. Best you might do is spray the shaft.with brake or carb clean and work it back and forth. Be aware thatst stupid expensive
