I tore my motor apart and it had a bad piston. The previous owner bored it out .020 and put a weisco in it. The walls have some minor scuffs so I'm boring it out another .020. My question is do I tell the machine shop I want it bored out to 66.040 and buy a new piston at .040 over?

I have my buddies blaster and I can try kick starting it till my leg falls off but will not start. I can pull it with my buggy pop the clutch and get it started after that i can kick start it every day just fine but if I leave it sitting for more then a week with out starting will not start...
