My 01 blaster was having shifting problems.... wouldnt downshift unless you shake the shifter up then down and it qas hard to upshift... so the motorcycles class at my tech school said they would fix it... Checked the shift shaft it was fine... so they split the case and everything looks...

So I traded my beat up / broke down 04 blaster for this 2001 blaster in really good shape, runs perfect. The original owner of it said it was stuck in 3rd gear, but the guy that bought it (who I traded) says he put a new shift shaft on it. But he tried to back out on tradeing cause it started...

I dont have a leak down tester. Does anyone know what it could possibly be?

I did it and no cigar its smokes like crazy bogs like crazy and spits oil like crazy and to be honest i dont know where the oil i out in the crank case is going cause its not leaking and looks empty

my TORS unit broke a wile back and i put a used one in but the wires arnt connected because i have a Honda throttle. WHAT WIRES DO I CUT???? MY PARKING BRAKE HAS NEVER WORKED?

so i replaced my right side crank seal because i thought it was bad, burned out my exhaust with a torch, and put it back together and filled her up yet it still boggs out when i give it gas (video below). im getting really mad and i might be seeing things but it looked as if the crank case had...

And how would I do that? Just put it in?

well i went to replace my crank seal and after a few frustrating hours i got the old one out... only to find some pretty bad scratches. i really need to know if these are too deep to just put a new seal in or if its not worth fixing so i can just sell it. or if their is something i can do to fix...

WOW today after work I checked my tranny fluid and it was bone dry!

I took it off cause I needed money really badly and a guy offered me $90 and his stock pipe so I took it, and I do not like it that loud because it makes all the neighbors mad. But yes it does stink. And I would rather keep my carb stock.

Thanks guys. Is it dieing when it's not getting full throttle a symptome of a bad crank seal? And do I have to take the motor off the frame to replace it?

Is that the only thing that it could be?
