    Can NOT get my intake boot to seal to reed cage. HELP!

    As the title states I can not get my intake boot to air tight seal. I've changed reed cages,intake boots,used 1 & 2 Yamaha brand gaskets,new bolts and washers,coated gaskets with Ultra Copper thin and thick,tightening to 5.8 ft lbs of torque. Still leaking between the boot and cage on the top...

    build and use a leakdown tester

    What type of adverse effects can happen if the crankcase vent tube is plugged?just tore my new 02 blaster down and had to beat the hose with a rubber mallet to break up the debris in it, it was completely and totally plugged.

    Yeah nothing aftermarket that I can tell it appears to be all stock. Its been blocked off,I don't know the jetting yet. Can you guys point me to the link of someone on here that makes the leakdown tester. I loosened the clutch cable a bit and took it out for a ride(against advice). It cranks on...

    Just traded my kayak for an 02 Blaster. It ran ok for a few days and now it seems that the clutch may be acting up. It will shift fine through all gears but it just moves me 20 30 mph.If I give it gas it seems to rev but not go anywhere you know no BLAST.It was ok for the first two days,then...
