Would overfilling cause it

The knocking sound I thought I herd was coming from the exhaust. I herd iy better when he made me take the air filter off. I did removed tors the parking brake was the problem once I unhooked it worked fine. Again thanks for the help

Ok just wanna say. I called ken about 10 or more times today on a sunday and he walked me through every step and got my blaster running again.cant thank him enough. And thanks for trying to help everyone.

Its all stock .230 main.32.5 pilot. I did a carb rebuild just didnt change the needle on the throttle system couldnt figure out how to get it off of the tors.

if im running yo rich cause im smoking a lot what can I do. How do I adjust the carb the right way I'm try it idles fine and the knocking seem to fade . Now the peoblem is giving it gas it sounds like its drowning and the sputters and dies.

Ok I took the exhasut off I checked the piston through there its on right the rings look fine. I dont know what else can cause knocking. I dont have a leak down tester but while idling I sprayed all over wiyh soapy water no bubbles. When giving gas it also bogs what adjustments can I do for that

No just the bottom end went to ken. I put the top end on and I don't have a leak down tester. Would a leak cause knocking?

Ken did my bottom end. My top was done by a different place. I assembled the top end oem gaskets 20ft lb tourqe .compression was good. I dont have a leak tester. But when I give it gas back pressure comes out the tail pipe and it dies. I dont think I have a leak anywhere

I will take it apart tomorrow and double check everything .but what would cause the knocking it feels like a hammer hitting the,top you can feel it in the handle bars but its,only when I give it gas idling there's no knock

Compression is good 120. Im pretty sure everything is good on the bottom end it just came back from ken. Can it be a carb issue? Its just the knocking that has me a bit worried

I defiently put it in right I made sure after watchong some videos. Blue size is 67. Piston is namura 66.92. The place I had it done said they fit it.

Just put my top end on. It starts one kick idles fine but when I gove it a little gas I feel like its knocking hard. Also when I try to give it a bit more gas it dies and back pressure comes out the tail pipe.

I had taken my engine out and sent it to ken.i took my exhaust ,gas tank,airfilter,reeds plastics pretty much everything other then wires off.The screws got all mixed up and now im not sure which goes where . Any help would be appreciated.

what kind of sealent do i use and do i just put it around the gasket itself

i dont have the oem set. and i dont know how well these hold up

I just got my bottom end back from ken. i have a question about installing the top end gaskets.When i put on the gaskets do i need to use sealents i got the cometic gasket set. If i do need to use anything else can you tell me what and how i apply it thanks.

I just ordered the oil block off plate does this need a gasket? i saw a kit which showed a gasket but i ordered off ebay and i didn't see this one having it.
