if the jets are fine, check the Stator.....I had a very similar problem on my dirtbike, turned out the stator was bad. IT was hella hard to start and when it ran it was boggy. I thought it was the carb, it wasnt, replaced the coil, no change, replaced the stator with a Moose brand, still bad...

Does anyone know if or who makes street tires that would fit on the blaster for riding on pavement?? Just needing some for the rear and the ones I do find are front tires.

finally got to fixing it, what a PITA. Had to cut it out of the lever, it slipped right into the new one and works better than ever.

changed mine today, man was it dirty, dont think the guy I got it from ever changed it.

ok I have tried all the above with no luck, the slot is not bent, I lubed it all up but its like the brass insert is moved to the side so the cable cant slip out.......im about to use a dremel and cut into the lever to make room to get the cable end out in one piece.

I am trying to replace my bent clutch lever but cant get the cable bushing out of the dam lever. I got the clutch lever off the bars, but the cable goes into the lever and wont release. I see the slot and it should pop out but it looks like there is a brass bushing that has moved and blocks...

its a 04 blaster, ya I got the grabbar that came with the light, no idea what year. But it has 2 wires coming from it with a bulb inside, what is it for then, just a tail light when headlights are on?

well i did and it works minus the support bracket, it is in the way of the rear brake, looks like I need to fab a new bracket mount some way.

I got a grab bar with a bake light as this used blaster didnt have one. I am not having much getting it to work though. The brake light has a blue and black wire and there are 3 wires on the back of the blaster near the oil tank that are just hanging there ( where does the yellow one go) ...
