    in which direction should the seals go in there?? spring to clutch side or spring to crankshaft side???

    i think the mistake which i did is that i didnt cleaned up the area where the crankshaft seal is... so there is probably rubber from the old seal!! i check that tomorrow when i get my new sealing kit!!

    just 1 week ago!! I maked a leak down test but had a huge leak at the reed cage, so i had no change to figure out if there is another leak!! is there a connection between the tranny and the crankshaft area, or is it completley seald?? "unless you used 4 stroke on the bearings when you put it...

    Hey Guys just a small question, after my rebuild with new gaskets, seals, bore, hone, split case i have a problem with white smoke!! Is it really just the crank shaft seal or is there another possibility for a oilleak into the crankshaft area?? Greetz Ihno

    hey guy´s i´m right now in the break in process! I use this thread to do it http://www.blasterforum.com/engine-13/how-break-two-stroke-must-done-after-top-end-rebuild-4399/ but after the first cycle i pulled the spark plug and it was full with oil!! any ideas??

    Okay guys just came from the machine shop........ they told me a have to get a new piston because the cylinder is worn out at the intake/exhaust ports ..... so i orderd a 68mm wiseco piston to be sure its enough space to bore/hone it right!! i orderd a kit with new bearing/seals/clips

    no problem ;) this is the machine shop Home i just took the cyclinder and the piston apart and they look pretty good... no scratches or something like that!! ill keep you informed what the shop tells me tomorrow!! Ihno

    i live in the US for 4 years ...so i have to take the cylinder apart bring it with the piston to the machine shop, let it messure out and then hone or bore it depends on how it looks after that new rings or a new piston with the right size, right???
