ok i got the manual to download, im going to try to troubleshoot my electrical

i dont have a manual and for some reason i cant open the one that is on this forum and yes i took off cover and looked at key

the key is fine, no i dont have a meter, what kind of meter do i need? which wires do i need to check and how do i trouble shoot coil,cdi and stator?all i know is when i kick it the light comes on.and i did check the spark in the begining, i guess when i checked the spark at that time it was...

times are tough dont realy have the cash to start swapping parts, if i do find out whats wrong with it, gona take some shuffling to afford that, im to the point if i had the money id take it to the shop

i know nothing about the electrical on the blaster, i have gone through and cleaned all plugs, what do i look for and how do i check coil,cdi etc....?? reeds are fine

i have a postal scale, what is weight supposed to be? also if gas was in float wouldnt i be able to tell when i inspected float for crack(visual and i shook it to see if gas in it)

great compression, less than an hour on rebuilt topend, stock pilot jet

start fine, after it warms up it boggs and cuts off, i have done the following, tried 230,260,280 jets, found two air leaks,(oil inj, inlet on carb and where hole was drilled for idle adj. in carb), checked reeds, checked float level, when i take plug out it is soaked, needle is in center grove...

im 99% sure float level is correct no cracks in float

starts bogging when get to operating temp, if you dont mind, read my post(please help) should be a couple below this one, i sure could use some help, im bout ready to use it as a target for my 12gauge
