i believe w/ wiseco pistons the over sizes are in .5mm increments.your piston ring end gaps are a critical number to pay attention to when rebuilding your motor.if you dont bore the cylinder and get that end gap right you will wipe out the motor in less than 7 hrs run time.just happened to me...

Looks like you got a good deal on the bike.I spent a grand on mine and still gave it a good going through but it had a the 240 kit, 34mm pj,fmf gold pipie and silencer.The list goes on and on but it had a lot of aftermarket sh*t on it and I tore it down so no spring time problems.

This movement is not in the rotational direction,but if you grab it and pull the gear it moves from the shaft.I was told this might be normal just checking.

Was checking for a oil leak from my trans when I noticed my drive sprocket has play on the output shaft.I know from working on other mechanical items that a gear or sprocket should be pretty snug on the shaft.I am just wondering if this is normal because my gut tells me its not.The sprockets are...

I purchased a set of rear axel bearings from RJATV.The price is about 30 bucks the stealership wanted 40 for the same ones.These are sealed bearings so you dont need a grease fitting inless you already have a hole in your carrier.I dont believe grease will make it into sealed bearings.
