    New blasters today, blown motor- help please!

    If you are going to work on the crank too DO NOT try to cut corners.... you will end up paying 3 times as much! Those crank seals will need to be replaced or you will get an air leak that will fry your new motor, & you'll have to start all over again. :o

    Engine Noise???

    Check the balancer drive gear, they are two piece and can loosen up over time and rattle... ( mine did, peaned the pins on the carrier to tighten it up & it wasn't as noisy ) REMOVE GEAR FROM ENGINE TO DO THIS!!! lol

    I agree, try cleaning/adjusting the one you have first... You can find carbs on ebay or a member here might have one for ya. :)

    Thanks guys! Been great so far, despite the exhaust falling off my car in the snow, I got hot chili, the hot little woman, birthday cake & no kids for the weekend to even things out! :D
