so straiten the lock washer first? and what should i do it i dont have a clutch holder?

I cant get the clutch boss (Bolt) off... its on really really tight any ideas how to get it off? or anything i need to do befor that can come off? its the big bolt in the middle of the clutch basket i already took off all the plates. do i need to take of that washer behind the bolt first? any...

nope it has somthing to do with the shift shaft or shift forks..... but i dont really know what to do to try and fix it..

The shift star/Shift cam assembly wont spin it locks up at a point any suggestions on how to get to it to replace it or why it might not spin?

ya the shift claw dosnt re set and hook the notch anymore but how the hell do i fix that?

It was running and going through gears fine then i shut it off for like 10min. and then it wouldnt shift.. took it apart and there is a big bolt on the small gear that turns directly to the right of the clutch and it was stripped allowing the gear too much play.. fixed that but it still wont...

sorry but im still confused but i did replace the throttle cable so maby i messed somthing up.. i think that might be the problem but i dont understand how to fix it..?

the box where the idle screw is on top of the carb. it has the spring in it?? and what switch? how can i adjust it at the throttle?

it has the full tors delete... but the idle screw is like locked up and hard to turn should it be really hard to turn? should i just get a whole new box?

it runs just no idle and its stock but does not have tors it was taken out and the idle screw has no effect on it...? it wont work

how do i check for spark and the jetting? but i know its losing comression because the gasket at the base of the pipe is shot and i do not have the ruber conector for where the pipe and the silencer conect.. could that be the problem?

cleaned the carb... checked the reeds.... but still cant figure it out anyone have any ideas? please if your gunna tell me to do somthing explain how to do it please

um im not sure .. i dont even know what the jets are.. and how can i see if there right? im new at working on ATVs this is my first and iv had it for 3 months...
