Wont shift

The shift star/Shift cam assembly wont spin it locks up at a point any suggestions on how to get to it to replace it or why it might not spin?

Is it your clutch that acting up or the shift shaft/ fork that's not working ? One time I put my clutch plates into the basket in the wrong order and my blaster would not shift into gear, you should also check your clutch rod. You may need to adjust that bolt on the rod so the rod goes farther in.

nope it has somthing to do with the shift shaft or shift forks..... but i dont really know what to do to try and fix it..
