I usually let it warm up a good ten min but this thing should rev up sometimes i let it warm up a good five min anyway and it does it five min before it comes to life. As far as the health i did the rebuild last year comp is great like i said it it fresh.

Ok guys here we go. I have a 94 blaster that when i start it the bike revs fine siting and idles fine. When i take off about 1/4 throttle it bogs out like you hit a rev limiter and will not rev fully for about seven or 8 min of riding. If you let the bike warm up for ten minutes it runs ok. But...

I agree i would buy the flange i think you can get those at Rocky Mountain Atv also you do not want to ruin that pipe.

I agree it is suppose to be 55 deg. this weekend so i will plug chop it then and that will tell the story on the main jet i just wondered if you guys thought spacers may make the power band come in quicker or maybe any other ideas. could be like Brandoz28 said once i get it there keep it there...
