Well it's together and it runs (sorta) still needs tinkered with

Project is on hold at the minute being its almost Christmas and my truck is broke down

Cut down my wirin harness today it's down to nothing but the stator Cdi coil and killswitch in the circuit

Little colt scheme change and mock up of the exhaust

So is the flex hone a good way or is the sunnen style best? I'm just looking to break a little glase I can still see most of the cross hatches I just want my rings to have a fresh seal. If I get the flex hone what grit will I need for namura rings I can't find the material they are made of any where

What's everyone's favorite hone for your cylinder? I assume flex hone but I just want to hear some opinions if anyone knows the part number for the right size flex hone I need for my blaster cylinder it'd be greatly appreciated

Well luckily I found all the rest of the piston in the box of parts I've got. I find it strange that the bore looks to have very minimal damage as far as the eye can see. The thrust facings don't have hardly any scoring at all

Not really dead set on anything but I'm probably gonna go with a cast piston on this build. Would the bore being worn out cause the skirt break?

Okay is wsm a pretty good piston? The skirt cracked on the exhaust side

I couldn't find any letters that made sense on the inside of it. The only thing I know about it is its cast I will look on the inside of it after work this evening
