building a nice blaster

tell me wht yall think....i have a 2000 blaster with sum mods..its bored over to next size..14-40 gearing..lightened fly wheel..cr 80 carb..port n polished by myself...just knw im (not) building it to race just to ride. so im tryna find out some gd tips

Head re-chambering , and/or that and some professional porting. 30+ hp

yea...i thought about gttn it ported professionally but i jus cleaned up all cast flaws and did the transfer ports...but i thnk ima need a good pipe bc tha stock aint doing much for me

FMF or DMC would probably be the best choice for pipe.

yea guys...remember im not lookn to race my bike jus have a all around good bike to ride in the trails but if sumbdy pulls up beside me i wud like to have enough power and top end to bust sum ass...as of rite now i ride wit a friend tht has a rm 85 thts bored to a 125...ill leave him off tha line but he catches me at the end its like i have no more speed but tha engine still has more to give

The flywheel will not increase rpm. It will allow it to reach it quicker.
Modify the stator plate to advance timing aprox 4* , do a search on the subject.

will they work if fabbed? Yes. will it work as intended NO! 2 stroke pipes are designed for 1 engine. It may work but you could lose so much power!

lol...yes that pretty much sums it up....but yes i would like to buy that pipe from u as im in need of one bad bc im not getting anywhere with this stock pipe
