Blaster won't start

Highly doubt a jizzed throttle cable would keep it from starting.
Crossing fingers isn't much better.
If pre 03, unplug TORS box under hood. If 03+ search how to do it.
Have you set float height correctly?
Is the carb clean? Can you blow air through ALL of those tiny holes? Including float bowl.
Try a different or better yet, new plug.

Unless both carbs and/or both reeds are jacked, would seem the problem is elsewhere.

Tors is removed, and i am pretty sure it was causing the problem because it wasn't allowing it to get enough gas to start it.

Ok installed new thumb throttle and it starts but it needs starting fluid to start. Every time I shoot starting fluid it starts 2nd kick. Buuuuutttt it does not idle at all. Starts and idles for 3 seconds or I give it gas and it revs then shirts off. I'm still trying to break in the top end so I'm trying to be easy on it. Any suggestions?

I would say pull the flywheel and look at the key on the crank to make sure thats ok, and look at the flywheel very close where it slides on the crank. I had a similar issue where my flywheel was cracked (due to overtightening with an impact) throwing the timing off. Would start after about 20 or 30 kicks, and run like crap for maybe 5 seconds at a time until I figured it out. I could only assume starting fluid would have helped it start, but I won't use it.

1. it needs starting fluid to start.

2. Every time I shoot starting fluid it starts 2nd kick.

3. I'm still trying to break in the top end so I'm trying to be easy on it.

4. Any suggestions?

1. i told you above the risk of using U\unlubricated starting fluid to start the quad.

2. this is a 2 stroke NOT A 4 STROKE, and ANY fuel sucked into the engine MUST have lubrication mixed with it

3. unlubricated starting fluid has more than broke in that engine by now

4. walk out the back door and throw that can of starting fluid as far as you can, DO NOT RETRIEVE IT !!!!!

All above motions seconded.

If a motor will not start by the prescribed method of starting, diagnose and fix the problem.

Have you leak tested?

Did you adjust the float?

Does fuel flow from the drain when the screw is cracked?

Have you cleaned the carby.

Can you see the can of starting fluid you threw into the yard, if so kick it into the bushes, it is the most destructive item that a 2 stroke owner can have in their possession.

I second all that awk and blaaster said and I am pretty sure that if starting fluid will make it start then you most likely have a fuel delivery issue

Yes leak tested, borrowed a buddy's and came out fine
Cleaned carb and also used 2 different carbs
Used 2 different sets of reeds
Used 2 different plugs
I adjusted the float but still think that's the problem or the air mix is off?

Yes it is flowing good, also tried another gas tank. I might pull the flywheel off and see what's going on in there like the one guy said to do.

Yes tore apart both carbs and cleaned them out. All the jets and all are clean and clear. Also kept adjusting the idle screw for a half hour and still shuts off right away.

Is the float free in the bowl, sometimes a float can be held up by ridges in the supporting posts, or by pitting in the float tang.
