well i got this email today. So hopefully some of you guys can make it to this hearing to help support.

Hello Dirty Footers!

The Day that everyone has been waiting for is upon us!!!!!!

Significant investments in time and money have been spent to get to this day. We appreciate your patience and continued support throughout the past year. If there has ever been a day that Dirty Foot needs your support this is the day. This day can either get us the approval for trail riding or forever close them down.

There is a Planning Board Hearing on December 5th, 2012, in Bartow, FL (330 West Church Street, Bartow, FL). We do not have a time, the hearing is from 9am-5pm and we do not know when we will be called up. The Planning Board will hear our request to modify our permit to encompass additional acreage to allow for trail riding at Dirty Foot Adventures. We absolutely need you and your family at that hearing if it is possible. You can contact us at info@dirtyfootadventures.com for more information as well as if you are planning on supporting us on this very crucial day.

If you can not tell from the above here it is one more time- WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT DECEMBER 5th, 2012

Thank you,

Here is the result of the court date to help get their trails reopened. The opposition have some heavy hitters in their corner. Ben hill Griffin is the largest citrus producer in the country, the University of Florida named their stadium after him. He is a hypocrite because his grove equipment and private jet cause more noise than our quads. Plus there is no night riding allowed and NOONE has ever ridden on any roads out there except the local farmers...lol the upside to this is there are many parks already allowed to open in this county which are basically drunk fest mud holes and if they shut DFA down they have to shut them all down and that could reach even further in the state and in my opinion opens up lawsuits because they were all approved in the first place. The area this is in is very rural miles from anything, 10 miles from closest town and it is very small. Polk county needs to recognize the boost to the local merchants when we have events or races and just about every weekend. Fuel, food, hotels, all bought in these little towns by us, people wo drive for miles to ride this awesome park. The trails here are second to none!

Now it's time to talk to the owner and get a big ride together there. If he owns the land nothing can stop him and his friends riding on his own land as long as there is no fees involved.Do it just to be asses, everyweekend 5to8 guys ride all day long.Got to give them the big middle finger, silently.
