im working on a yz 250 swap and i heard you gota cut the swing arm to make it fit. im not sure where i gota cut can anybody help me out.

not sure , could be where the swinger bolt goes through the engine case , the case might be wider there and will need the extra room . probably need to remove the inside rubber seals measure the total distance , and then split the difference between the 2 mounts

that sounds about right, just imagining it, but may be one side or the other???
is yzotis running a yz motor??? and paulie b may know about this too??

You should talk to YZOTIS he has a YZ motor in his Blaster. Paulie has a YZ400 motor and made mount to bolt the motor up with out cutting the swing arm I think.

Measure the difference and take it off the right side of the swingarm mount. You can drive the bearings/bushings out before you cut it. Good time to install new swingarm bearings :) I'll answer any question I can remember the answer to. LOL
There's sum pix of the swap here: http://s26.photobucket.com/albums/c111/StickerOtis/YZ Otis/
