Do a search this has been asked over and over.lol But to answer your question I run type F atf in all my machines.If you want to spend the money bel ray gear saver,honda hpi, etc etc all work good.I run the F beacause it works fantastic,is alot chaper in price,allows me to change as often as I want for a whole $1.84
