Flooding

I got an 02 blaster. It floods it self so much that it wont start with the fuel on the carn is rebuilt with the exception of the needle. Then when it starts it sounds like its at full throttle position. Any suggestions??

I agree with 95 either the slide could be in wrong or the needle may need to be adjusted. is the float working properly??

When I first got my blaster I had a problem with the idle. As soon as I would start it the idle would jump really high and run all out. Turns out I was an idiot and had the fuel selecter set to reserve and was hardly getting any fuel.
